We are seeking a Global Client Executive (GCE) to lead one of our most iconic global relationships in the automotive sector, an industry undergoing rapid transformation through electrification, autonomy, and digital innovation.

Your Impact
As a Global Client Executive, you will be the strategic leader for one of NetApp’s most critical global accounts. You’ll be responsible for orchestrating a cross-functional team to deliver transformative outcomes, drive growth, and deepen our partnership with a Fortune 50 automotive innovator
Location: Candidates must reside in Mountain View, CA, Detroit, MI or Austin, TX.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the executive sponsor and trusted advisor for a marquee global client in the automotive industry.
- Develop and execute a multi-year account strategy aligned with the client’s digital transformation and NetApp’s business objectives.
- Lead and inspire a cross-functional team of business partners, including engineering, services, product and partners, to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships across the client’s global organization.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across business units, geographies, and solution areas.
- Advocate for the client within NetApp to influence product innovation and service delivery.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion through proactive engagement and value realization.
- Represent NetApp’s values of ownership, growth mindset, customer centricity, belonging, and high performance in every interaction.

Education & Requirements
- 12+ years in enterprise sales and strategic account management.
- Experience selling within the automotive industry.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Advanced degrees or certifications are welcomed but not required.

The target salary range for this position is 340,000 - 440,000 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. The range is based on 'On Target Earnings’ (OTE) representing the total potential earnings, which is the sum of the base salary and potential commission earned when performance targets are achieved. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s). These offerings are subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. We will provide detailed information about the specific benefits for your region during the recruitment process.
